AGS Health, a provider of revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare providers in the U.S., acquired Availity’s cloud-based patient access outsourcing business unit in India. Availity is a Florida-based healthcare technology company.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Commenting on the acquisition news, Patrice Wolfe, CEO of AGS Health, said: “With this acquisition, we can better equip our customers with the tools and expert services necessary to help overcome payer complexities, reduce denial rates, mitigate revenue leakage, and accelerate cash flow on the back end.”
