CaseWorthy, backed by private equity firm Symphony Technology Group, announced the acquisition of MediSked, a provider of medical practice management solutions for home healthcare providers.

As part of the acquisition, Doug Golub and Tom Hogan, the co-founder of MediSke, will join the existing CaseWorthy leadership team.
Commenting on the acquisition, Symphony Technology Group managing director, Rushi Kulkarni, said: “We are excited to combine CaseWorthy’s mission-critical social services capabilities with MediSked’s market-leading health and human services offerings.
