Med Learning Group, a medical education platform for healthcare practitioners, secured an undisclosed amount of funding from DW Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused exclusively on the healthcare industry.
The startup is raising money to expand its digital medical education/content platform, which helps healthcare providers and many pharmaceutical companies produce engaging or interactive medical content and share it with others healthcare providers.
Commenting on the funding news, Matt Frese, President of Med Learning Group, said: “This new phase of growth of the business is crucial to its’ ongoing success, and we believe that the experience DWHP brings to the table will help push us forward to meet the needs of more doctors and patients.”
