Owlet Care, a provider of an intelligent baby sleep health monitoring camera system, raised $30 million in a private placement from new and existing investors.
According to the press release, Owlet plans to use the latest proceeds for general strategic corporate purposes and to scale up its digital baby health monitoring system that provides parents with real-time data and insights about their baby’s activities and health.
