SimiTree, a provider of specialty revenue cycle management, coding, professional services, and talent management resources for post-acute and behavioral health organizations, announced the acquisition of Afia Health, a provider of data analytics and consulting solutions for behavioral health care providers.
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

According to SimiTree, the Afia acquisition further expands its data analytics capabilities to benefit clients with tech-enabled optimization of clinical, financial, and operational functions and greater insight from actionable data.
