Ventra Health, a provider of revenue cycle management, practice management, and advisory services for hospital-based physician specialties, announced the acquisition of Deras Global Services, a provider of revenue cycle management services for hospital-based physician specialties.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The offshore acquisition expands Ventra Health’s footprint in the Philippines.
“The acquisition further expands our tech-enabled revenue cycle management, practice management, and advisory solutions for hospital-based physicians,” Ventra Health said in a press statement. The company works with private practices, hospitals, health systems, and physician management organizations to deliver cloud-based solutions that solve healthcare providers’ complex revenue and reimbursement issues.
Ventra Health was formed in August 2019 through the merger of three healthcare revenue cycle management software companies, DuvaSawko, abeo, and Gottlieb.
