Precision Neuroscience, a developer of an intelligent AI-powered implantable brain–computer interface device, has raised $93 million in funding, according to its latest Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filing.
As per SEC filing, Precision Neuroscience has plans to raise up to $150 million in equity funding, and a total of 21 undisclosed investors participated in the funding round.
The equity offering disclosure was filed on October 17 and listed the date of first sale as October 02.
In January 2023, Precision Neuroscience announced its $41 million Series B funding round, led by Forepont Capital Partners.
According to the Bloomberg reports the latest round valued the company at around $500 million.
Including the latest funding round, Precision Neuroscience has raised approximately $150 million in funding to date. Its investors include B Capital, Forepont Capital Partners, Draper Associates, Mubadala Capital, Alumni Ventures, and re.Mind Capital.
